Suzanne Kassler for Ballard (remember Suzanne for Hickory Chair?)

Loyal readers might remember this post I did about a gorgeous quatrefoil chair designed by Suzanne Kasler for Hickory Chair.

The charming folks at Hickory Chair liked my post so much they actually featured it on their blog shortly thereafter...

Anyway, imagine my joy when I saw the newest Ballard Designs Catalogue which features Suzanne Kasler throughout. The catalogue features several 'rooms' designed by her, and it also features some great quotes from her.

You can view the complete catalogue here, but how great are these rooms?
I love this Quatrefoil mirror, and the little standing birds are just stunning! My friend maggie would die over that globe/sphere.

Pottery Barn Catalogue features these kind of cubbies in their catalogues often and I have always wanted a back entryway big enough to require them. I love the addition of the chair to sit in and put your boots on, and the BIG initials and charming pieces displayed on top!
I love, love, love this dinning room. Love the prints on the railing along the wall. What a great way to display items. I'm hoping to do something similar in our next house. But more than that I love the dinning room table and the chairs of different patterns. I love the mix and match of the two different styles of chairs with two patterns, it adds complexity and depth, and comfort to the room. I would never have thought of that, but now I'm obsessed!

And just for sheer fun how charming are these half circle garden prints from the catalogue? The remind me of some really gorgeous antique garden maps that we had when I worked for Charlotte Moss NY.
